Tangodiva.com is 100% secure and your information is absolutely safe with us! All transmitted information is encrypted and transferred in a completely secure environment. Your credit card number is never printed on your invoice or other documents. We are aware that many people are worried about credit card safety on the Internet and we do everything possible to protect you and to keep your information absolutely safe. Complete Privacy: Your privacy is of utmost importance to us. Tangodiva.com does not sell or rent your personal information to any third parties. From time to time we may send out select emails to certain past customers with exclusive offers (not available to the general public). You can request not to receive these updates at any time by emailing us at customerservice@tangodiva.com. Return Policy: If you are unhappy with any products you receive from us, you may return them undamaged, within 30 days of the day we shipped them, and we will refund your purchase price, minus the shipping charges and a restocking fee of 20% of the price of the item(s) returned. You will receive a full refund including shipping costs if the return is a result of our error. To qualify for the refund, however, the product(s) must arrive at our warehouse within 30 days of the original shipment and in the same condition we shipped it--i.e. resellable as new, undamaged merchandise. Please repack the products carefully to avoid damage in transit. Products that cannot be opened will not be accepted for return. For our customers' protection, we destroy all credit card information after 30 days and therefore cannot credit your account if the products are received after 30 days. If you believe there will be a problem with the product reaching us within the 30 day period be sure to contact our customer service department to make special arrangements. For our customers' protection, we maintain a very high level of meticulous quality control on products shipped out of the Tango Diva warehouse. Once in a great while a customer will inform us that they open a package and there has been some damage in shipment. In the event you receive a package that is damaged, please contact us immediately. If we make a mistake, i.e., it is the result of our error, we will, of course, refund to you the shipping costs.
